مسئولیت‌ها:

• تهیه و به‌روزسانی شرح مشاغل و شرایط احراز.
• انجام کلیه امور مربوط به نیازسنجی، نیرویابی، مصاحبه و جذب نیروی انسانی.
• انجام کلیه امور مربوط به نیازسنجی، برنامه‌ریزی، اجرا و اثربخشی آموزش.
• همکاری در اجرای ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان فصلنامه.
• همکاری در تدوین مدل شایستگی مشاغل.
• انجام امور مرتبط با ارتقا و سیستم جانشین‌پروری.
• مدیر مستقیم: مدیر منابع انسانی.
• مدت قرارداد آزمایشی: 3 ماه.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8 صبح تا 5 عصر.
• نیاز به سفر کاری: 1 روز در ماه.

• آشنایی با اجرای فرایند جامعه‌پذیری نیروی انسانی.
• آشنایی با کانال‌های نیرویابی متناسب با هر شغل.

collaboration in the performance evaluation of quarterly employees
collaboration in developing the job competency model
doing things related to promotion and succession system

familiarity with reporting in the field of human resources processes
Familiarity and experience of compiling job descriptions and qualification requirements
Familiarity and experience of working with interview techniques, especially STAR
Familiarity and experience of implementing the socialization process of human resources
Familiarity with recruitment channels suitable for each job

Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:00-17:00. Business travel required: 1 day per month.
