Sci-Tech company operates in the production industry and is looking for a financial and administrative manager to lead and manage its financial and administrative activities in Tehran. This role includes the responsibilities of managing financial resources and leading the team to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information for the management department
- Maintaining the financial health of the organization
- Analysis of costs, prices, variable characteristics, sales results and actual company performance compared to business plans
- Presentation of the model and financial plan of the company
- Examining and evaluating cost reduction goals
- Management and supervision of the company's budget
- Getting to know financial software and using them effectively
- Having working knowledge of all legal rules and regulations
- Having a bachelor's or master's degree in financial management, accounting or economics
- Developing and implementing effective financial and administrative strategies
- Solving complex financial and administrative issues and providing effective solutions
- Creating and improving financial and administrative systems and processes
- Supervising the preparation of financial reports and data analysis for management decisions
Qualifications:
- Education in the field of finance, accounting or banking
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to solve problems and analyze data
- Full knowledge of financial and tax laws
