- سرپرستی و نظارت بر انجام مطالعات و بررسی‌های اکتشاف و زمین‌شناسی، مهندسی مخازن، مهندسی فرآورش و پتروفیزیک که بر اساس آن اطلاعات و مشخصات مخازن هیدروکربوری از قبیل میزان ذخیره، میزان هیدروکربور قابل استحصال، دوره بهره‌برداری، تاسیسات سطح‌الارضی و تحت‌الارضی مورد نیاز، تاسیسات جانبی و هزینه‌های اجرای پروژه‌ها پیش‌بینی می‌گردد.
- هدایت مطالعات و بررسی‌های اکتشاف و زمین‌شناسی میادین جدید که به شرکت واگذار شده به منظور حصول اطمینان از وجود میادین و مخازن هیدروکربوری اقتصادی.
- سرپرستی و نظارت و هدایت انجام مطالعات مهندسی نفت پروژه‌های جدید شامل اطلاعات و مشخصاتی از قبیل ابعاد، عمق، میزان ذخیره درجا، میزان ذخیره قابل استحصال، نوع سیال کیفیت و ترکیبات سیال و سایر پارامترهای مخزن.
- سرپرستی و نظارت بر بررسی‌ها و پیش‌بینی‌های مربوط به نوع و کیفیت نفت یا گاز، میزان گاز همراه نفت، میزان نمک نفت، میعانات گازی و سایر تولیدات.
- سرپرستی و نظارت بر مطالعات و بررسی‌های مربوط به پیش‌بینی زمان شروع بهره‌برداری، حجم تولید سالیانه و ضریب بازدهی مخازن.
- نظارت و هدایت مطالعات مربوط به پیش‌بینی تجهیزات تحت‌الارض مورد نیاز و برآورد هزینه‌های آن‌ها با همکاری مدیریت برنامه‌ریزی، اکتشاف و زمین‌شناسی و حفاری.
- نظارت و هدایت مطالعات مربوط به تاسیسات سطح‌الارض شامل تاسیسات سرچاهی، خطوط جریانی، تاسیسات بهره‌برداری نفت، گاز، نمک‌زدایی، گوگرد زدایی، ذخیره‌سازی، خطوط لوله انتقال، تجهیزات بارگیری و برآورد زمان مورد نیاز احداث و هزینه‌های آن‌ها با همکاری مدیریت برنامه‌ریزی.
- همکاری در بررسی‌های مربوط به تعیین مشخصات و طراحی تاسیسات جانبی از قبیل نیروگاه، شبکه انتقال برق، پساب صنعتی، ساختمان‌های اداری و خدماتی، تاسیسات آتش‌نشانی، راه و جاده و برآورد زمان مورد نیاز احداث و هزینه‌های آن‌ها با همکاری مدیریت برنامه‌ریزی و مهندسی و احداث.
- نظارت و هماهنگی در تهیه، تنظیم و ابلاغ استانداردها و معیارهای مورد استفاده در فعالیت‌های مهندسی نفت شرکت‌های تابعه.
- بررسی درخواست‌های شرکت‌های تابعه جهت ارائه مشاوره فنی برای رفع مشکلات و مسائل آن‌ها در ارتباط با فعالیت‌های مهندسی نفت و در صورت نیاز برنامه‌ریزی جهت به‌کارگیری مهندسین مشاور در این زمینه و همچنین نظارت و کنترل پیشنهادات مشاوران و حصول اطمینان از صحت نتایج کار آن‌ها.
- برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت بر به‌کارگیری مهندسین مشاور در انجام مطالعات شبیه‌سازی و ازدیاد برداشت مخازن و یا تهیه برنامه جامع توسعه مخزن (MDP/DPOP).
- برنامه‌ریزی به منظور تامین، آموزش، تجهیز و توسعه نیروی انسانی مورد نیاز فعالیت‌های فعلی و آتی با هماهنگی با مدیریت منابع انسانی.
پیش‌نیازها:
- مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی نفت، مهندسی مخازن یا مهندسی شیمی.
- تجربه: 18 سال.
- زبان: انگلیسی بسیار خوب.
