سرپرست روانشناسی | Psychology Supervisor

شرح شغل:

• برقراری ارتباط موثر با تیم درمان به منظور ارائه درمان چند تخصصی.
• برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی، آموزش و هدایت گروه تحت نظارت و نظارت بر عملکرد آن‌ها در راستای پلان اجرایی ریاست.
• انجام تحقیقات تخصصی و تهیه، سازماندهی و مستندسازی اطلاعات و نتایج تحقیقات و تلاش برای به کارگیری نتایج پژوهشی موفق.
• انجام مطالعات، تحقیق و تحلیل کلیه امور تحت نظارت، شناسایی مشکلات و تنگناها و ارائه پیشنهادات، راهکارها و توصیه‌های علمی و عملی برای رفع یا کاهش آن‌ها.
• بررسی و بازدید دوره‌ای از بخش‌های بستری، مراکز درمانی و رفاهی.
• نظارت بر اجرای قوانین و مقررات و دستورالعمل‌های مصوب.
• آموزش و نظارت بر عملکرد کارشناسان روانشناسی.
• نظارت بر فعالیت‌های داوطلبانه در اتاق‌های بازی، هنر درمانی، ارتباط با بیماران، چرخ‌دستی‌های کتاب و غیره.
• نظارت بر هماهنگی و تشکیل دوره‌ها و کارگاه‌های آموزشی داوطلبان روانشناسی.
• همکاری با دانشگاه‌ها برای تکمیل پایان‌نامه‌های کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری.
• ارزیابی و تشخیص اختلالات روانی در کودکان و خانواده‌ها.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا پنجشنبه از 8 صبح تا 2:30 ظهر (دو پنجشنبه در ماه تعطیل است و در صورت نیاز ساعت کاری در روزهای دیگر جبران می‌شود).

شرایط احراز:

• آگاهی و شناخت از اهداف، سیاست‌ها و برنامه‌های مرتبط با ارائه خدمات پشتیبانی در سازمان.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته روانشناسی.
• توانایی کار در محیط های چند رشته‌ای.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی و توانایی‌های مدیریت تیم.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کار نظارتی.

1. Knowledge and understanding regarding the goals, policies and programs related to the provision of support services in the organization.

2. Effective communication with the treatment team in order to provide multi-specialty treatment

3. Planning, organizing, training and guiding the group under supervision and monitoring their performance in line with the directorate's executive plan.

4. Conducting specialized research and preparing, organizing and documenting information and research results and trying to apply successful research results.

5. Carrying out studies, research and analysis of all matters under supervision, identifying problems and bottlenecks and providing suggestions, solutions and scientific and practical recommendations to solve or reduce them.

7. Checking and visiting inpatient departments, medical and welfare centers periodically

8. Monitoring the implementation of laws and regulations and approved guidelines

9. Training and monitoring the performance of psychological experts

10. Supervising volunteer activities in game rooms, art therapy, communication with patients, book carts, etc.

11. Supervising the coordination and formation of courses and workshops for psychology candidates

12. Cooperation with universities to complete master's and doctoral theses

13. Evaluation and diagnosis of mental disorders in children and families.

General Requirements:
• Master's/PhD: Psychology of all disciplines
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments
• Strong communication skills and team management abilities
• Working hours 8:00 to 14:30
• Working days are from Saturday to Thursday (two Thursdays in a holiday month if working hours are compensated on other working days) Performance evaluation is twice a year.
• At least 5 years of supervisory work experience
