• همکاری با تیم‌های دیگر برای تضمین کیفیت و کارایی محصولات.
• مستندسازی و ارائه گزارش‌های فنی.
• نظارت بر آزمایش‌ها و ارزیابی نتایج.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته صنایع غذایی.
• تجربه کاری در زمینه تحقیق و توسعه.
• توانایی مدیریت تیم و پروژه‌ها.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی.
• توانایی تحلیل و حل مسئله.

At Chika Sepahan Food Industry Company, we are looking for a research and development manager to help us improve our products and processes. The main responsibility of this role is to manage research and development projects, lead engineering teams and ensure that new products and solutions meet industry standards and market needs.

Responsibilities:
- Leadership and management of research and development projects
- development and improvement of new and existing products
- analysis and assessment of market and customer needs
- cooperation with other teams to ensure the quality and efficiency of products
- documentation and Presentation of technical reports
- Supervision of tests and evaluation of results

Competencies:
- Engineering degree in food industry
