شرح شغل:

• تدوین، اجرا و ارزیابی کلیه سیاست‌ها، روش‌ها و ساختارهای بخش منابع انسانی.
• مدیریت برنامه‌های بیمه.
• طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی و توسعه‌ای.
• بررسی عملکرد سه ماهه و سالانه کارکنان.
• اطمینان از حفظ و به‌روزرسانی تمام سوابق کارکنان با اطلاعات استخدامی جدید یا تغییر در وضعیت استخدام.
• شناسایی نیازهای استخدامی شرکت و مدیریت فرایند استخدام.
• پیگیری بودجه بخش.
• پاسخگویی به سوالات کارکنان و حل مسائل آن‌ها.
