• نظارت و مدیریت فرایندهای شرکت به ویژه نظارت و بهینه‌سازی فرایندهای تولید.
• تعیین شاخص‌های ارزیابی عملکرد و بازدهی فرآیندها و کارکنان.
• مدیریت بودجه و اختصاص دادن بودجه مورد نیاز هر بخش به آن.
• نظارت بر عملکرد مدیران میانی سازمان.
• گزارش فعالیت‌ها و عملکرد سازمان به اعضای هیئت مدیره.
• نشستن پای میز مذاکره با شرکای تجاری یا مشتریان و تنظیم و عقد قرارداد.
• نظارت و بررسی پیشرفت سازمان.
• برنامه‌ریزی و تدوین استراتژی برای رشد، ایجاد ارزش افزوده و افزایش درآمد.
• برگزاری جلسات منظم با مدیران میانی و بررسی آنچه در سازمان می‌گذرد.
• تلاش برای دریافت بیشترین بازدهی با صرف کم‌ترین منابع.
• تعیین سیاست‌های رفتاری با کارکنان سازمان مانند پاداش‌ها یا قوانین سازمانی.
• انجام هماهنگی‌های لازم با بخش‌های مختلف داخلی و خارجی سازمان برای اجرای برنامه‌ها و اجرای استراتژی‌ها در بدنه مجموعه.
• سیاست‌گذاری‌های مربوط به منابع انسانی و برنامه‌ریزی برای انگیزش، افزایش عملکرد و تامین رفاه اعضای مجموعه.
• شرکت در همایش‌ها، نمایشگاه‌ها، جلسات با شرکای تجاری یا مشتریان و رویدادهای مربوط به مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان.
• سنجش عملکرد و بازدهی بخش‌های مختلف سازمان.
• نظارت بر سلامت محیط کسب و کار و اجرای اقدامات یا صدور دستورات لازم برای بهبود آن.
• تدوین چارت سازمانی یا اصلاح آن در صورت نیاز.
• مشارکت در تنظیم شرح شغل و اطمینان از ابلاغ شرح وظایف کارکنان مختلف هر بخش به آن‌ها.
• بررسی مستندات شرکت و نظارت بر ثبت آن‌ها.
• دریافت دستورات از هیئت مدیره بر اساس قوانین جاری کشور.
• نظارت، پیگیری و مدیریت فرایندهای حقوقی و قانونی سازمان.
• برنامه‌ریزی برای آموزش و پیشرفت کارکنان سازمان.
• رهبری و مدیریت تیم فروش برای دستیابی به اهداف فروش.
• توسعه استراتژی‌های فروش و افزایش حضور شرکت در بازار.
• هدایت و رهبری تیم‌های مختلف.
• ارزیابی عملکرد مشتریان بر اساس KPI‌های استاندارد صنوف مختلف.

پیش‌نیازها:

• آشنا با شیوه‌های جدید فروش اینترنتی، اعتباری، اقساطی، مشارکتی و غیره.
• سابقه مدیریت در صنایع تولیدی و صنعت فولاد.

Holding regular meetings with middle managers and checking what is happening in the organization
Trying to get the most efficiency with the least amount of resources
Determining behavioral policies with the organization's employees, such as rewards or organizational rules
Carrying out the necessary coordination with various internal and external departments of the organization to implement plans and implement strategies in the body of the collection
Policies related to human resources and planning to motivate, increase performance and ensure the well-being of group members
Participation in conferences, exhibitions, meetings with business partners or customers and events related to the social responsibility of the organization
Measuring the performance and efficiency of different departments of the organization
Monitoring the health of the business environment and implementing measures or issuing necessary orders to improve it
Compile organizational chart or modify it if needed
Participating in setting the job description and ensuring that the job description of the different employees of each department is communicated to them
Checking company documents and monitoring their registration
