• تدوین برنامه‌های توسعه فردی.
• تهیه گزارش‌های تحلیلی و آماری.
• جامعه‌پذیری و آشناسازی کارکنان.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به فرآیند جذب و استخدام و مصاحبه شایستگی محور.
• آشنایی با مدل‌های شایستگی و کانون ارزیابی.
• مسئولیت‌پذیر.
• توانایی انجام کار تیمی.
• پیگیر و سخت‌کوش.
• توانمند در برقراری ارتباطات موثر.
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مدیریت دولتی یا مدیریت منابع انسانی.
