کارشناس مالی (سفیران) | Financial Expert

وظایف کلیدی:

• بررسی، کنترل و پرداخت حق‌الزحمه سفیران (رانندگان) مطابق با سیاست‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های شرکت.
• تهیه گزارش و کنترل CPO سفیران در بیزینس‌لاین‌های مختلف.
• بررسی، مغایرت‌گیری و پرداخت پروموشن‌های سفیران.
• به‌روزرسانی گزارش‌های روزانه و پیگیری موارد باز و معوق از تیم‌های عملیات و فلیت، و اطمینان از به نتیجه رسیدن آن‌ها.
• کنترل روند پرداخت سفارش‌های کنسل‌شده و اعمال آن در محاسبات و پرداختی سفیران.
• بررسی و پیگیری درخواست‌های مالی سفیران.
• مطالعه سیاست‌ها، آیین‌نامه‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های مرتبط با حوزه کاری و تلاش برای اجرای صحیح آن‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های حسابداری، حسابرسی، مدیریت یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل سه سال تجربه کاری مرتبط و حرفه‌ای.
• آشنایی با زیرساخت‌های نرم‌افزاری و سیاست‌های مرتبط با تیم عملیات و فلیت.
• تسلط کافی به اکسل، گوگل شیت و سایر ابزارهای کاربردی مایکروسافت.
• مهارت‌های قوی در پیگیری، کار تیمی، دقت و جزئی‌نگری، و توانایی برقراری ارتباط مؤثر با ذی‌نفعان.

Key tasks:

Review, control and pay for ambassadors (drivers) in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the company.

Prepare and control CPOs in various business. Updating daily reports and pursuing open and deferred items from Operations and Fetit teams, and ensuring they are concluded.

Control the process of paying cancellations and applying them to the calculations and payment of ambassadors.

Review and follow up on the financial requests of ambassadors.

Reading Related Policies, Regulations and Related Conditions. County:

At least a bachelor's degree in accounting, auditing, management or other related disciplines.

At least 5 years of relevant and professional work experience.
Understanding software infrastructure and policies related to the Operations and Fleet Team. Team, accuracy and partiality, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
