شرح شغل:

• طراحی و توسعه محصولات جدید با توجه به نیازهای بازار و مشتریان.
• هدایت فرآیندهای مدیریت محصول شامل طراحی، تست، پیش‌لانچ، لانچ و بازاریابی.
• انجام تحقیقات بازار برای شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید و بهبود محصولات موجود.
• همکاری با تیم‌های مهندسی، فروش و بازاریابی برای اطمینان از موفقیت محصولات.
• پایش و تحلیل عملکرد محصولات و ارائه گزارشات و پیشنهادات به مدیریت ارشد.
• شناسایی و اجرای فرآیند‌های بنچ مارک با هدف بهبود کیفیت و کارایی محصولات.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با فرآیندهای مدیریت محصول شامل طراحی، تست، پیش‌لانچ، لانچ و بازاریابی محصول.
• آشنایی با تحقیقات بازاریابی و توانایی تحلیل داده‌های بازار.
• آشنایی با روش‌های بنچ مارک و توانایی اجرای آن‌ها.
• آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی به منظور تعامل با منابع و مراجع خارجی.

Sepahan Batari Industrial Complex, which operates in the production and process industry, is looking for a senior product manager to strengthen its research and development and engineering team in Isfahan. This role is designed to effectively develop and manage new products and improve existing products.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new products according to market and customer needs
- Lead product management processes including design, testing, pre-launch, launch and marketing
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve existing products
- Collaborate with engineering, sales and marketing teams to ensure product success
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of products and presenting reports and suggestions to senior management
- identifying and implementing benchmark processes with the aim of improving the quality and efficiency of products

Competencies:
- having education in management fields, Business or trade
- Familiarity with product management processes including design, testing, pre-launch, launch and product marketing
- Familiarity with marketing research and ability to analyze market data
