شرح وظایف:
- مذاکره برای یافتن مشتریان جدید خارجی.
- پیگیری مشکلات آن‌ها و اخذ سفارشات خارجی با توجه به بازار محصولات شرکت.
- پیگیری ارسال کالا برای مشتریان در مواعد مقرر.
- پیگیری امور ممیزی در خصوص ارتقای کیفیت محصولات صادراتی شرکت و مشارکت در امور بازاریابی محصولات.
- برنامه‌ریزی و هماهنگی کلیه امور مربوط به توسعه صادرات محصولات تولیدی شرکت در حوزه فعالیت‌های تحت نظر.
- انجام امور اجرایی و وظایف ابلاغی.
- هماهنگی با تولید، آمارو برنامه‌ریزی و لجستیک برای سفارش‌گیری از مشتریان خارجی تا ارسال محموله برای آن‌ها
- شناسایی فرصت‌های صادراتی، تخفیف‌ها، مزایا و امتیازات صادرات.
- شناسایی مراکز بازرگانی بین‌المللی متناسب با اهداف اقتصادی سازمان.
- شناسایی بازارهای بالقوه و بالفعل صادراتی از طریق بررسی و مطالعه بازارهای جهانی.
- مذاکره و عقد قرارداد با مشتریان خارجی.
شرایط احراز:
- سابقه کاری و تجربه مناسب در زمینه صادرات.
- آشنایی کامل با قوانین گمرکی و قوانین بازرگانی ایران و بین‌الملل.
- توانایی ارائه مشاوره‌های کاربردی و راهکارهای مناسب برای صادرات.
- مسلط به کلیه امور ثبت سفارش، تخصیص ارز ـ واردات و صادرات ـ تخصیص ارزهای صادراتی جهت واردات.
- توانایی تحقیق، پیشنهاد و توسعه بازارهای هدف.
- مسلط به اصول برندسازی، بازاریابی و تحقیقات بازار بین‌الملل.
- مسلط به بازار کشورهای منطقه علی‌الخصوص کشورهای ترک زبان و منطقه آذربایجان.
- مسلط به اصول بازاریابی و تحقیقات بازار بین‌الملل.
- مسلط به قوانین تجاری و گمرکی.
- آشنایی کامل با زبان انگلیسی و ترکی.
- روابط عمومی بالا.
- توانایی قضاوت و تصمیم گیری، حل مسئله و کنترل بحران.
Qualifying conditions:
