کارشناس آموزش و یادگیری | Learning and Development Specialist

شرح وظایف:

• شناسایی و نیازسنجی آموزشی کارکنان به منظور توسعه مهارت‌ها و ارتقاء سطح دانش.
• طراحی و برنامه‌ریزی دوره‌های آموزشی متناسب با نیازهای سازمان و کارکنان.
• اجرای دوره‌های آموزشی با استفاده از روش‌های متنوع حضوری و آنلاین.
• ارزیابی اثربخشی دوره‌های آموزشی و ارائه پیشنهادات برای بهبود مستمر.
• ترویج فرهنگ یادگیری و توسعه حرفه‌ای مداوم در سازمان.
• همکاری با مدیران و سرپرستان برای تعیین اهداف آموزشی و بهبود عملکرد کارکنان.

شرایط سازمانی:

• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8 صبح تا 5 عصر؛ چهارشنبه‌ها از 8 صبح تا 4 عصر؛ پنجشنبه‌ها و جمعه‌ها تعطیل است؛ ساعات کاری شناور (1 ساعت و نیم در روز).
• کار در یک محیط پویا و خلاق.
• امکانات سازمانی: پزشک سازمانی، روانشناس سازمانی، هدایای مناسبتی، پاداش‌های متعدد، روف گاردن و غیره.

شرایط احراز:

شایستگی‌های تخصصی مورد نیاز:

• آشنایی با روش‌های نیازسنجی آموزشی و شناسایی شکاف‌های مهارتی.
• آشنایی با روش‌های ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزشی و اندازه‌گیری عملکرد.
• توانایی کار با پلتفرم‌های آموزشی آنلاین و ابزارهای مدیریت یادگیری (LMS).
• آشنایی با روش‌های متنوع آموزشی.

شایستگی‌های رفتاری مورد نیاز:

• کنجکاوی برای یادگیری مداوم و کشف راه‌حل‌های نوآورانه.
• دارای اعتماد به نفس.
• توجه دقیق به جزئیات در برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای آموزش‌ها.
• توانمندی در برقراری ارتباط مؤثر با کارکنان و مدیران.

سابقه کار مورد نیاز:

• حداقل دو سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در زمینه آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی یا مدیریت آموزشی.

رشته تحصیلی مورد نیاز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مدیریت یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.

Specialized skills required:
• Familiarity with educational needs assessment methods and identifying skill gaps
• Familiarity with educational effectiveness assessment methods and performance measurement
• Ability to work with Online educational platforms and learning management tools (LMS)
• Familiarity with various educational methods

• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and managers

Required work experience:
• At least 2 Year of relevant work experience in the field of training and development of human resources or educational management
Required field of study:
• Bachelor's degree in management or other related fields

Organizational conditions:
• Saturday to Tuesday: 8 to 5
• Wednesdays: 8 to 4 – Thursday and Friday closed
• Flexible working hours (1 and a half hours per day)
