کارشناس فروش | Sales Expert

شرح شغل:

• ارائه خدمات مشتریان و پاسخگویی به سوالات.
• مدیریت و پیگیری سفارشات مشتریان.
• تولید و به‌روزرسانی گزارش‌های فروش.
• همکاری با سایر اعضای تیم به منظور دستیابی به نتایج بهتر.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی کامل با مایکروسافت آفیس. 
• تسلط نسبی به زبان انگلیسی.
• تجربه در زمینه فروش دوربین مداربسته یا تجهیزات شبکه امتیاز محسوب می‌شود.
• آشنایی با فروش B2B.
• آشنایی به CRM و ERP امتیاز محسوب می‌شود.

Providing customer service and answering questions
Management and tracking of customer orders
Generating and updating sales reports
Collaborate with other team members to achieve better results
Familiarity with Office
Relative proficiency in English
Experience in selling CCTV cameras or network equipment is a plus
Familiarity with B2B sales
Familiarity with CRM and ERP is considered an advantage
