- ** Financial and Operational Systems: **
- Review and analyze accounting systems, financial statements and internal control to ensure relevant regulations are adhered to.
- Identifying risks and areas for investigation through deep analysis of subsidiary companies.
- ** Implementation of subsidiary evaluation system: **
- Using frameworks such as BSC to measure and monitor financial results and key non -financial criteria (eg, customer services, process efficiency, employee growth) of subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with different teams to align strategic goals with BSC criteria, and to ensure a balanced approach to managing performance.
- ** Reports and suggestions: **
