مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:

ارزیابی شرکت‌های فرعی:

• انجام ارزیابی‌های جامع از شرکت‌های تابعه شامل ارزیابی عملکرد مالی و شاخص‌های غیر مالی مانند مشتری، فرآیندهای داخلی و نوآوری.
• حصول اطمینان از این که شرکت‌های تابعه استانداردهای راهبری شرکتی شامل کنترل‌های داخلی را رعایت می‌کنند و با استراتژی بلندمدت گروه همراستا هستند.

سیستم‌های مالی و عملیاتی:

• بررسی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل سیستم‌های حسابداری، صورت‌های مالی و کنترل داخلی برای اطمینان از رعایت مقررات مربوطه.
• شناسایی ریسک‌ها و موارد نیازمند رسیدگی از طریق تجزیه‌وتحلیل عمیق اطلاعات شرکت‌های زیر مجموعه.

پیاده‌سازی نظام ارزیابی شرکت‌های فرعی:

• استفاده از چارچوب‌هایی مانند (BSC) برای اندازه‌گیری و نظارت بر نتایج مالی و معیارهای کلیدی غیر مالی (به عنوان مثال خدمات مشتری، راندمان فرآیند، رشد کارمندان) شرکت‌های فرعی.
• همکاری با بخش‌های مختلف برای همراستا کردن اهداف استراتژیک با معیارهای BSC و اطمینان از یک رویکرد متوازن برای مدیریت عملکرد.

گزارش و پیشنهادات:

• تهیه گزارش‌های جامع و تحلیلی از یافته‌های مالی و غیر مالی به همراه توصیه‌های عملی برای بهبود مستمر.

انطباق و بهبود مستمر:

• حصول اطمینان از یکپارچگی مستندات و سوابق با بالاترین استانداردهای سازمانی و الزامات نظارتی.

شرایط احراز:

سابقه تحصیلی:

مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مدیریت مالی، حسابداری، مدیریت کسب‌وکار یا رشته‌های مرتبط.

تجربه حرفه‌ای:

• حداقل سه سال تجربه در ارزیابی مالی، حسابرسی یا نقش مشابه.
• تجربه ارزیابی شرکت‌های فرعی بسیار مطلوب است.

مهارت فنی:

• مهارت استفاده از ابزار Microsoft Office و سیستم‌های مدیریت مالی (به عنوان مثال راهکاران).
• آشنایی با روش (BSC) و کاربرد آن در ارزیابی عملکرد.

مهارت‌های تحلیلی و ارتباطی:

• مهارت‌های تحلیلی و توجه به جزئیات و دقت بالا.

** Key Responsibilities: **

- ** Evaluation of subsidiaries: **
- Comprehensive assessments of subsidiaries including financial performance evaluation and non -financial indicators such as customer, internal processes and innovation.
- Ensure that subsidiaries comply with Corporate Governance standard including internal controls and are in line with the long -term strategy of the group.

- ** Financial and Operational Systems: **
- Review and analyze accounting systems, financial statements and internal control to ensure relevant regulations are adhered to.
- Identifying risks and areas for investigation through deep analysis of subsidiary companies.

- ** Implementation of subsidiary evaluation system: **
- Using frameworks such as BSC to measure and monitor financial results and key non -financial criteria (eg, customer services, process efficiency, employee growth) of subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with different teams to align strategic goals with BSC criteria, and to ensure a balanced approach to managing performance.

- ** Reports and suggestions: **
- Providing comprehensive and analytical reports of financial and non -financial findings along with practical recommendations for continuous improvement.

- ** Facilitation of audit: **
- Coordinate and communicate with domestic and foreign auditors and ensure that complete and accurate documentation is available for financial and non -financial evaluations.

- ** Continuous Improvement and Improvement: **
- Ensuring the integrity of documentation and records with the highest organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

- ** Educational history: **
- Bachelor's degree in financial management, accounting, business management or related disciplines.

- ** Professional Experience: **
- Experience proven in financial evaluation, auditing or similar role.
- The evaluation experience of subsidiaries is very desirable.

- The skill of using Microsoft Office tools and financial management systems (eg, rahkaran).
