Overview:
We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our Growth Team. The candidate should have experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), as well as the ability to create reports using PowerBI. A solid understanding of statistics, optimization, and financial analysis is important for this role, as is the ability to predict trends and optimize business operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Data ETL:
We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our Growth Team. The candidate should have experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), as well as the ability to create reports using PowerBI. A solid understanding of statistics, optimization, and financial analysis is important for this role, as is the ability to predict trends and optimize business operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Data ETL:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
2. Reporting and Visualization:
- Create, maintain, and update interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and visual representations for stakeholders.
3. Data Analysis and Insights:
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
- Familiarity with SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS for comprehensive data solutions.
Analytical Skills:
- Deep understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with financial analysis and understanding of financial metrics.
- Ability to develop and implement predictive models and optimization algorithms.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
