این عنوان به شغلی اطلاق می‌گردد که در خصوص بازرسی کیفی محصول و فرآیند محصولات تولیدی شرکت و ثبت نتایج فعالیت دارد و با واحد مهندسی و سایر امور در توسعه محصولات آتی در زمینه‌های کیفیت همکاری دارد.

• انجام کنترل حین فرایند تولید محصولات بر اساس روش اجرایی بازرسی و آزمون.
• نمونه‌برداری از محصولات طبق روش اجرایی بازرسی و آزمون.
•  اندازه‌گیری ابعادی و بازرسی وضعیت ظاهری محصولات مطابق با داده‌های طرح کنترل و ثبت در فرم‌های مصوب واحد کنترل کیفیت.
• کنترل محصول نهایی بر اساس روش اجرایی بازرسی و آزمون و طرح کیفیت محصول نهایی.
• ثبت کلیه نتایج حاصل از بازرسی و آزمون مواد و قطعات و نگهداری و بایگانی سوابق کیفیت به نحوی که ضمن حفاظت کامل از آن‌ها امکان دسترسی سریع و به موقع را فراهم نماید.
