• مهارت‌های برجسته در مصاحبه و ارزیابی.

• مهارت‌های عالی در روابط عمومی و پیگیری امور.
• مسئولیت‌پذیری، خلاقیت و سازماندهی قوی.
• تسلط کامل به قوانین کار و تأمین اجتماعی.
• حداقل سه سال تجربه کاری در حوزه منابع انسانی.
• ترجیحاً ساکن شرق تهران.

وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• طراحی و اجرای فرآیندهای ارزیابی عملکرد به‌منظور افزایش بهره‌وری.
• تدوین و به‌روزرسانی دستورالعمل‌ها و روش‌های اجرایی در حوزه منابع انسانی.
• جذب و استخدام نیروهای مستعد و اجرای برنامه‌های آن‌بوردینگ مؤثر.
• تنظیم قراردادهای کاری مطابق با آخرین قوانین کار و تأمین اجتماعی.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل مشاغل و تدوین شرح وظایف دقیق برای هر موقعیت شغلی.
• انجام مصاحبه‌های ورود و خروج کارکنان و ارزیابی‌های مستمر.
• پیاده‌سازی سیاست‌های جانشین‌پروری بر اساس شناسایی استعدادها.
• ترویج و تقویت فرهنگ سازمانی مثبت و انگیزشی.
• طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های انگیزشی برای افزایش رضایت و تعهد شغلی.

شرایط همکاری:

• مدیریت مستقیم: مدیرعامل.
• دوره آزمایشی: 2 ماه.
• ساعت و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 9 صبح تا 5 عصر؛ پنجشنبه‌ها از 9 صبح تا 1 ظهر.
