مدیر عملیات | Operations Manager

شرح شغل:

• طراحی زیرساخت، راه‌اندازی، مانیتورینگ، و بهینه‌سازی سرویس‌های عملیاتی.
• ایجاد زیرساخت مورد نیاز تیم توسعه.
• مدیریت سیستم‌های ویندوزی و لینوکسی.
• مسئول راه‌اندازی، پیکربندی و نگه‌داری زیرسیستم‌های نرم‌افزاری.
• مستندسازی امور.
• مدیریت و نگه‌داری فرآیندهای پشتیبان‌گیری.
• برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت رخدادها.
• اطمینان از دسترسی‌پذیری سرویس‌ها.
• انجام تست‌های دوره‌ای سرویس‌ها و نسخ پشتیبان آن‌ها.
• بررسی و بهبود پرفورمنس سرویس‌ها و زیرساخت آن‌ها.

پیش‌نیازها:

• امکان حضور در شرکت در هر ساعتی از شبانه روز.
• توانایی تحمل حجم کاری بالا.

مهارت‌های تخصصی:

• تسلط کامل به مدیریت سرورهای لینوکسی و ویندوز سرور.
• تسلط کامل به مدیریت یکی از ابزار Virtualization مانند VMware ESXi.
• تسلط کامل به مدیریت Storageهای EMC Unity و Hitachi VSP.
• تسلط کامل به Ansible.
• مسلط به راهکارهای اتوماتیک‌سازی فرآیندها.
• مسلط به مفاهیم لود بالانس و HA.
• مسلط به یکی از پلتفرم‌های Containerization مانند Docker.
• تجربه عملیاتی Swarm و Kubernetes.
• مسلط به مفاهیم و روش‌های مرسوم مدیریت Source Code در Git.
• تجربه موثر راه اندازی و نگه داری ابزارهای CI/CD از جمله Jenkins و Gitlab CI.
• آشنایی با یکی از زبان‌های اسکریپت‌نویسی مثل Node js و Python و Bash.
• مسلط به مفاهیم شبکه و پروتکل‌های ارتباطی و ساختارهای مبتنی بر TCP/IP.
• تجربه عملی کار با پایگاه‌های داده مثلا MySQL ،Oracle ،MongoDB ،Elasticsearch ،Redis.
• آشنایی با متدولوژی چابک و ابزارهای مدیریت تسک‌ها شامل Jira و Confluence.
• تجربه در خصوص راهکارهای DevOps.
• سابقه فعالیت در حوزه زیرساخت‌ها و خدمات بانکی.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم مدیریت پروژه.
• آشنایی با چارچوب‌های مدیریت خدمات فناوری اطلاعات مانند ITIL.
• حداقل ده سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.

Job description:

Infrastructure design, setup, monitoring, and optimization of operational services.
Creating the infrastructure needed by the development team.
Management of Windows and Linux systems. , configuring and maintaining software subsystems. Documenting matters. Managing and maintaining backup processes. Planning and managing events. Ensuring the accessibility of services. Periodic tests of services and their backups.
Check and improve the performance of services and their infrastructure. 24/7.
Ability to handle high workload.

Specialized skills:

Complete mastery of managing Linux and Windows servers.
Complete mastery of managing one of the tools Virtualization such as VMware ESXi.
Complete mastery of EMC Unity and Hitachi VSP storage management.
Complete mastery of Ansible.
Proficient in process automation solutions.
Proficient in load balance and HA concepts.
>Proficient in one of the containerization platforms such as Docker.
Operational experience of Swarm and Kubernetes.
Proficient in the concepts and conventional methods of managing source code in Git.
Effective experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD tools including Jenkins and Gitlab CI. Familiarity with one of the scripting languages such as Node js, Python, and Bash. Proficient in network concepts and communication protocols and structures based on TCP/IP. Practical experience. Working with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis. Familiarity with agile methodology and task management tools including Jira and Confluence. Experience with DevOps solutions. Experience in the field of infrastructure. and banking services. Familiarity with project management concepts. Familiarity with information technology service management frameworks such as ITIL. At least ten years of work experience in a related field.
