کارشناس پشتیبانی ERP | ERP Support Expert

وظایف اصلی:

• مدیریت و پیگیری خطاها و مشکلات فنی سیستم ERP و هماهنگی با تیم فنی برای رفع آن‌ها.
• طراحی و توسعه مستندات فرآیندها و رویه‌ها جهت استفاده در سیستمERP.
• پیشنهاد راهکارهای بهبود فرآیندها و افزایش بهره‌وری.
• گزارش‌دهی منظم به مدیریت سیستم‌ها و روش‌ها.
• تعامل و همکاری نزدیک با تیم ERP جهت شناسایی نیازهای فرآیندی و اصلاح آن‌ها.
• نگهداری و بهبود داشبوردها و گزارش‌های BI برای پشتیبانی از تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر داده در سراسر سازمان.
• استخراج، تبدیل و بارگذاری (ETL) داده‌ها از پایگاه‌های داده مختلف برای تضمین صحت و دقت گزارش‌های BI.
• همکاری با واحدهای تجاری برای درک نیازهای آن‌ها و ارائه گزارش‌ها و راه‌حل‌های متناسب.
• نظارت بر عملکرد سیستم، انجام به‌روزرسانی‌ها و بهینه‌سازی پیکربندی‌ها برای سیستم‌های ERP و BI.
• ارائه آموزش و پشتیبانی به کاربران و اطمینان از استفاده موثر آن‌ها از ابزارهای ERP و BI.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مرتبط (مهندسی صنایع، فناوری اطلاعات، مدیریت سیستم‌ها یا مشابه).
• حداقل چهار سال تجربه کاری مرتبط با زمینه فعالیت کاری.
• آشنایی کامل با ابزارهای BI (Power BI) و دیتابیس SQL.
• تجربه عملی در مدیریت داده‌ها و فرآیندهای ETL.
• مهارت‌های تحلیلی قوی و توانایی گزارش‌دهی دقیق.
• توانایی کار در تیم و ارتباطات موثر سازمانی و انعطاف پذیری.
• تجربه در صنعت تجارت یا تأمین کالا مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Main duties:- Managing and tracking errors and technical problems of the ERP system and coordinating with the technical team to solve them. - Designing and developing documentation of processes and procedures for use in the ERP system. processes and increasing productivity.
- Regular reporting to the management of systems and methods.
- Close interaction and cooperation with the ERP team to identify process needs and correct them.
- Maintenance and improvement of dashboards and BI reports to support data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
- Extract, transform and load (ETL) data from various databases to ensure the accuracy and precision of BI reports.
- Collaborate with units business to understand their needs and provide tailored reports and solutions.
- Monitor system performance, perform updates and optimize configurations for ERP and BI systems.
- Provide training and support to users and ensuring their effective use of ERP and BI tools.

Eligibility requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in related fields (industrial engineering, information technology, systems management or similar)
- At least 4 years of work experience related to the field of work activity.
- Complete familiarity with BI tools (Power BI and...) and SQL database.
- Practical experience in data management and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical skills and accurate reporting ability.
- Ability to work in a team and effective organizational communication and flexibility.
- Experience in the trade or supply industry is an advantage.
