Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective. If you hold an engineering background and enjoy providing end-to-end solutions to software quality problems, we’d like to meet you.Responsibilities:Analyze requirements and specifications to identify testable scenarios.Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to cover all aspects of the software.Design test strategies, including test approaches, methodologies, and toolsExecute test cases manually or using automated testing tools.Identify and document defects and issues.Retest fixed defects to ensure they are resolved correctly.Prioritize defects based on severity and impact.Generate detailed test reports summarizing test results, defects found, and overall productquality.Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.Execute automated tests as part of the continuous integration and continuous delivery(CI/CD) pipeline.Work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understandrequirements and ensure quality.Provide feedback on product quality and suggest improvements.Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.Analyze test results to identify opportunities for process improvement.Contribute to the development of QA best practices and standards.Requirements:Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.Proficiency in test case design and execution techniques.Experience with test automation toolsKnowledge of software testing toolsAbility to analyze complex systems and identify potential issues.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
