We are seeking a dedicated Mid-Level ECRM & Automation Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in automation and ECRM, particularly with tools like WebEngage. This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement and automating marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute ECRM strategies to improve customer retention and engagement.
Segment customers for personalized communication and campaigns.
Manage and optimize automated marketing campaigns using WebEngage or similar tools.
Track and report on campaign performance.
Conduct A/B testing and generate actionable insights.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
