Responsibilities:
- Approaching approved leads by category manager and signing contract.
- Facilitate vendor onboarding process.
- Being Update about last market condition in terms of assortment, pricing strategy, …
- Prepare gap assortment analysis and share the related insightful analysis with KA vendors to improve their assortment.
- Acting as a facilitator in solving KA vendor issues (Operational, Financial, …) and follow with related teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to vendor needs and objectives
Requirements:
- Problem Solving Skills Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Strong Listening, Negotiation and Presentation Skills
- Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
