سرپرست انبار | Warehouse Supervisor

شرح شغل:

• نظارت کامل بر ورود و خروج تمام کالاهای انبار.
• دسته‌بندی و چیدمان کالاهای ورودی به انبار.
• ثبت کامل مشخصات کالاهای موجود در انبار.
• کنترل موجودی کالاهای مختلف در انبار و شارژ موجودی در زمان مقرر.
• همکاری با سایر بخش‌های سازمان برای تحویل کالا.
• استفاده از روش‌های انبارداری نوین.
• بررسی و کنترل برگه‌های دریافتی به منظور حصول اطمینان از کامل بودن کلیه موارد.
• بایگانی اوراق و نسخه‌ها ی مربوطه و ارسال نسخه‌های لازم به واحدهای ذیربط.
• رعایت اصول ایمنی و حفاظتی و 5S در انبار.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کاردانی. 
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• توانایی کار با سیستم‌ها و نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط با انبارداری و سیستم‌های حفاظتی موجود در انبار.
• آشنایی با سیستم حسابداری انبارداری.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم اولیه کنترل موجودی و فرم‌ها، شمارش و طبقه بندی کالاها.
• توانایی جسمی خوب و سالم.
• آشنایی با کامپیوتر و اینترنت.
• مهارت‌های گزارش‌نویسی با استفاده از تکنولوژی‌های روز.
