کارشناس مدیریت دانش | Knowledge Management Specialist

شرح شغل:

• طراحی، توسعه و پیاده‌سازی سرور هوش مصنوعی آفلاین با استفاده از مدل‌های LLaMA یا مدل‌های مشابه برای مدیریت دانش شرکت شاپرک.
• ایجاد توابع تعاملی بین سرور AI ،Atlassian ،Confluence و Mattermost با هدف افزایش تعامل و اطلاع‌رسانی داخلی.
• توسعه و یکپارچه‌سازی با Atlassian ،Confluence و Mattermost.
• تأمین امنیت داخلی و رعایت استانداردهای مرتبط با حفظ حریم خصوصی داده‌های کاربران و استانداردهای PCI-DSS
• پیاده‌سازی راه‌حل‌های افزاری به‌منظور آفلاین بودن سیستم با حفظ امنیت داده‌های مرتبط.
• تست و ارزیابی عملکرد سیستم و بهبود آن بر اساس بازخوردها.
• تحلیل نیازمندی‌های شرکت شاپرک و تعیین اهداف پروژه.
• مدت قرارداد آزمایشی: 3 ماه.ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا سه‌شنبه از 8 صبح تا 5 عصر؛ چهارشنبه‌ها از 8 صبح تا 4 عصر (با یک ساعت شناوری).

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با مدل‌ها و تئوری مدیریت دانش.
• آشنایی با پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش در تمام سطوح شرکت.
• آشنایی با به‌کارگیری هوش مصنوعی در استقرار مدیریت دانش.
• تجربه کاری در حوزه توسعه و پیاده‌سازی مدل‌های هوش مصنوعی و سرورهای Local.
• توانایی مدیریت زمان و برنامه‌ریزی برای رعایت به مهلت‌های زمانی تعریف شده.
• توانایی استقرار نهایی و آموزش کاربران.
• توانایی کار در تیم‌های چابک و کار گروهی.

Designing, developing and implementing an offline artificial intelligence server using LLaMA models or similar models for the knowledge management of Shaperk.

Development and integration with Atlassian, Confluence and Mattermost
Ensuring internal security and complying with standards related to user data privacy and PCI-DSS standards
Implementing solutions A software for the offline system while maintaining the security of related data.

. The duration of the trial contract: 3 months.
Working hours: Saturday to Tuesday from 08:00 to 17:00 - Wednesday 08:00 to 16:00 with one floating hour.
