• تسهیل فرایند‌های حمل‌ونقل با هماهنگی دیگر بخش‌های شرکت.
• ارائه مشاوره به مشتریان در مورد خدمات شرکت.
• رسیدگی به شکایات و نظرات مشتریان به منظور بهبود کیفیت خدمات.
• مستندسازی اطلاعات مشتریان و پیگیری مسائل مرتبط.

• تجربه کاری مرتبط در زمینه کشتیرانی.
• آشنایی با زبان انگیلیسی.

Job description:

Follow-up of shipments on the ship.
Issuance of freight invoice.
Issuance of bill of lading.
Management and follow-up of customer requests in the field of transportation.
Facilitating transportation processes in coordination with other departments of the company.
Providing advice to customers about the company's services.
Dealing with customer complaints and comments in order to improve service quality.
Documenting customer information and following up on related issues.
Qualifying conditions:
