شرح شغل:

• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش مؤثر برای دستیابی به اهداف تعیین شده.
• بررسی و تحلیل نیازهای مشتریان و ارائه پیشنهادات متناسب با محصولات و خدمات شرکت.
• حفظ روابط با مشتریان جدید و موجود.
• برگزاری جلسات فروش و ارائه محصولات به مشتریان بالقوه.
• ارزیابی روندهای بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌های بهبود و گسترش فعالیت‌های فروش.
• ارائه گزارش‌های فروش به مدیریت ارشد و پیشنهاد راهکارهای بهبود.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه قابل توجه در حوزه فروش و خدمات پس از فروش.
• توانایی درک عمیق از بازار و محصولات شیمیایی.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط مؤثر و مهارت‌های نهایی‌سازی فروش.

At Petro Jam Kimia, a sales expert as a senior specialist is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies in the chemical industry. This role is located in Tehran and requires the ability to build effective relationships with customers and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve the set goals
- Investigating and analyzing the needs of customers and providing proposals tailored to the company's products and services
- Creating and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
- Holding sales meetings and presenting products to potential customers
- Assessing market trends and identifying Opportunities to improve and expand sales activities
- presenting sales reports to senior management and suggesting improvement solutions

Competencies:
- having a degree in chemical or polymer engineering
- skills Excellent in using office software
- Considerable experience in the field of sales and after-sales service
- Ability to deeply understand the market and chemical products
