وظایف کلیدی:

• پشتیبانی و مدیریت نرم‌افزارها و سخت‌افزارها.
• نظارت بر امنیت سیستم‌ و شبکه داخلی.
• پشتیبانی دوربین‌های مداربسته.
• پشتیبانی سانترال.
• ارائه راه‌حل‌های نوآورانه جهت بهبود کارایی سیستم‌های فناوری اطلاعات.

شرایط احراز:

• فارغ‌التحصیل در رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل دو سال سابقه کاری در گروه شغلی مشابه.
• آشنایی کامل با سیستم‌های عامل.
• آشنایی با سرورهای HP و مجازی‌سازی.
• تجربه کار در زمینه پشتیبانی از سیستم‌های ERP و سیستم راهکاران.
• توانایی کانفیگ و امور مرتبط با دوربین‌های مدار بسته.
• مهارت در مدیریت پروژه‌های IT.
• آشنایی با امور مربوط به وب‌سایت و سئو مزیت تلقی می‌گردد.

مهارت‌های فردی:

• توانایی حل مسائل فنی به صورت خلاقانه و سریع.
• مهارت در مدیریت زمان و اولویت‌بندی وظایف.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر با سایر تیم‌ها.
• دقت و توجه به جزئیات.
• توانایی کار تیمی و مشارکت در محیط‌های پویا.

Qualifying conditions:
Graduate in related fields
At least 2 years of work experience in the same job group
Full familiarity with operating systems
Familiarity with HP servers and virtualization
Work experience in supporting ERP systems and solution systems
Ability to configure and related issues with CCTV cameras
Skill in managing IT projects
Familiarity with website and SEO matters is considered an advantage

Skill in time management and prioritizing tasks
Ability to communicate effectively with other teams
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team and participate in dynamic environments

Key tasks:
Support and management of software and hardware, monitoring of system and internal network security, CCTV support, central support, providing innovative solutions to improve the efficiency of IT systems.
