شرایط همکاری:

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کار به عنوان مدیر هنری در فضای آژانس تبلیغاتی و داشتن روحیه کار تیمی.
• تسلط، تجربه و شناخت کافی در ایده‌پردازی تا طراحی و اجرای پروژه‌های ATL.
• توانایی راهبری و پیش بردن یک کمپین ATL از بریف تا اجرا با یک تیم.
• تجربه کافی در راهبری اتاق فکر و رسیدن به کی ویژوآل خلاق بر اساس مسیر استراتژی و کُرکانسپت با یک تیم.
• تجربه کافی در اجرای یک کی ویژوآل در محیط های مختلف نرم‌افزاری.
• تجربه کافی از سایر مباحث طراحی و تبلیغات مانند هویت بصری، دیجیتال، BTL و POSM.
• تجربه قوی در صنعت تبلیغات و بازاریابی.
• توانایی مدیریت پروژه‌ها و تیم‌ها.
• مهارت‌های برجسته در طراحی و خلاقیت.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای طراحی گرافیک.

We are looking for a creative art director with experience in the advertising and marketing industry. In this role, you are responsible for leading design teams and developing visual concepts for marketing campaigns and branding projects. This position is in Mahmoudieh neighborhood of Tehran and you will work in a dynamic and creative environment to provide the best visual experience for clients and audiences.

Responsibilities:
Experience as an art director in an agency environment. Advertising and having a spirit of teamwork
Sufficient mastery, experience and knowledge in ideation to design and implementation of ATL projects
Ability to lead and advance an ATL campaign from brief to execution with a team
Sufficient mastery and experience In leading a think tank and achieving a creative K-Visual based on strategy and core concept with a team
Sufficient mastery and experience in implementing a K-Visual in different software environments
Sufficient mastery and experience in other design and advertising topics such as visual identity, digital, BTL and POSM

Qualifications:
- Degree in art or related field
- Strong experience in advertising and marketing industry
- Ability to manage projects and Teams
- Outstanding skills in design and creativity
- Familiarity with graphic design software
