شرح شغل:

• ارائه مشاوره تحصیلی به دانش اموزان برای برنامه درسی مناسب.
• ارزیابی و تحلیل نیازهای آموزشی و اهداف دانش اموزان.
• نظارت و پیگیری پیشرفت تحصیلی و ارائه گزارش‌های منظم.
• همکاری با سایر همکاران جهت توسعه برنامه‌های آموزشی و مشاوره‌ای.

شرایط احراز:

• مهارت در تفکر انتقادی و حل مسئله.
• توانایی رهبری و استدلال کلامی قوی.
• مهارت در مدیریت زمان.
• تجربه کاری مرتبط در ارائه مشاوره تحصیلی.

The academic advisor works in Danesh-e-Eran Company in Tehran to help students and future students to plan their educational path in the best possible way. This role requires the ability to think critically and solve problems along with computer knowledge and time management.

Responsibilities:
- Guiding students in choosing courses and study paths
- Close communication with students. To understand their academic and professional needs
- Holding individual and group counseling sessions
- Assessing the academic progress of students and providing improvement solutions
- Cooperating with other members of the human resources team to improve and develop academic programs

- Ability to lead and guide counseling sessions
