Description of duties:
• Answering customers' questions and requests over the phone
• Providing assistance and guidance to customers about the company's products and services
• Follow up and manage the process of customer orders and guarantee timely delivery
• Identify and solve customer problems effectively and quickly.
• Handle customer financial affairs and Representatives
• Register customers in CRM customer relationship management software
• Work closely with the sales team to improve sales processes and customer service
• Prepare and submit customer service performance reports to management
• Providing the necessary training to customers about the company's products and services
Requirements:
• At least a bachelor's degree in management, business or related fields.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the field of support Customers or sales.
• Strong communication skills
