شرح شغل:

• هماهنگی با تیم‌های مختلف برای تضمین رعایت زمانبندی و کیفیت خدمات حمل‌ونقل.
• تدوین و پیاده‌سازی استراتژی‌ها و فرآیندهای لجستیکی.
• نظارت و ارزیابی عملکرد تیم عملیات و ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای.
• حفظ و بهبود روابط با مشتریان و تامین‌کنندگان.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به مدیریت و هدایت عملیات حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی به صورت لاین و فورواردر.
• تجربه قبلی در مدیریت عملیات حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی.
• مسلط به کار با OTMS.
• تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی.
• توانایی در مدیریت تیم و رهبری موثر.
• مهارت‌های بین فردی و ارتباطی بالا.
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و حل مسائل.
• مهارت‌های برنامه‌ریزی و سازماندهی قوی.

We are looking for a capable Operations Manager in Rubina Business Development. It plays a key role in the management and coordination of international transportation operations, according to quality standards and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Mastery in managing and directing transportation operations. and international transportation in the form of lines and forwarders
- coordinating with different teams to ensure compliance with the schedule and quality of transportation services
- developing and implementing logistics strategies and processes
- monitoring and evaluating team performance operations and providing periodic reports
- Maintaining and improving relationships with customers and suppliers

Competencies:
- Previous experience in managing international transportation operations
- Work mastery with OTMS
- Full command of English
- Ability to manage teams and effective leadership
- High interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems
