شرح شغل:

• توسعه و مدیریت روابط با مشتریان و ارائه دهندگان خدمات.
• انجام تحقیقات بازار برای شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید تجاری.
• مدیریت فرآیندهای فروش و خدمات پس از فروش به منظور افزایش رضایت مشتریان.
• همکاری با تیم‌های داخلی برای طراحی و بهبود راهکارهای فروش.
• پیگیری و نظارت بر قراردادها و توافقات فروش.
• ارزیابی عملکرد فروش و ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی مواد یا مهندسی متالورژی.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر و پیگیرانه با مشتریان.
• مهارت در انجام تحقیقات بازار و تحلیل داده‌ها.
• توانایی مدیریت پروژه‌ها و پیگیری وظایف تا پایان.
• آشنایی با فرآیندها و مفاهیم فروش و خدمات پس از فروش.
• تجربه در صنعت متالورژی یا صنایع مرتبط.
