سرپرست تحول دیجیتال نقش اساسی در تلاش های تحول دیجیتال سازمان دارد. این موقعیت مسئول پیشرو ، برنامه ریزی ، نظارت و پشتیبانی از پروژه ها و ابتکارات دیجیتالی با هدف بهبود کارآیی ، شفافیت داده ها ، سرعت فرآیند و تصمیم گیری در سراسر شرکت است. و فرصت های بهبود در فرآیندهای موجود از منظر دیجیتالی.
• تغییر مدیریت و فرهنگ دیجیتال: ترویج و تقویت فرهنگ تحول دیجیتال در سراسر سازمان.
• هماهنگی عملکردی متقابل: به عنوان یک ارتباط بین بخش های فنی ، عملیاتی و مدیریتی عمل کنید. داشبورد و KPI برای ردیابی پروژه دیجیتال.

مهارت ها و شایستگی های مورد نیاز:
دانش فنی:
• درک جامد مفاهیم تحول دیجیتال ، چابکی سازمانی ، BPM و مدیریت پروژه محور. مفاهیم و برنامه های کاربردی اطلاعات (AI) ، به ویژه در تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها ، اتوماسیون تصمیم گیری ، و سیستم های مبتنی بر زبان طبیعی (به عنوان مثال ، چت بابات ، کپی) مدرک لیسانس در مهندسی صنایع ، فناوری اطلاعات ، مدیریت سیستم ها یا زمینه های مرتبط.

The digital transformation supervisor plays a central role in the organization's digital transformation efforts. This position is responsible for leading, planning, supervising, and supporting digital projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, data transparency, process speed, and decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital transformation projects: Design, plan, and implement digitalization projects in key departments such as sales, HR, finance, production, and supply chain.
• Analyze digital and process needs: Identify bottlenecks, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities in existing processes from a digital perspective.
• Change management and digital culture: Promote and foster a culture of digital transformation across the organization.
• Cross-functional coordination: Act as a liaison between technical, operational, and managerial departments.
• Monitor implementation of digital solutions: Collaborate with technical teams to select and deploy appropriate digital tools and systems.
• Reporting and performance monitoring: Design and deliver dashboards and KPIs for digital project tracking.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Technical Knowledge:

• Solid understanding of digital transformation concepts, organizational agility, BPM, and technology-driven project management.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (such as Power BI or equivalents), process modeling (BPMN), and enterprise automation platforms.
• Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and applications, especially in data analytics, decision automation, and natural language-based systems (e.g., chatbots, and copilots).

Behavioral Skills:

• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Creative mindset, curiosity for emerging technologies, and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent skills in presentation, documentation, and internal training.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Systems Management, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, information systems, or IT project management.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments is considered a plus.
