Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential business opportunities in the US and Canada markets.
Outbound Sales: Proactively reach out to potential clients using cold calls, LinkedIn messaging, and cold emails to generate new business leads.
Inbound Sales: Manage and convert inbound inquiries into qualified sales opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of leads.
Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed performance targets, with compensation linked to success, offering potential earnings 10 to 12 times higher than industry standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and share insights.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, contributing ideas for content on our YouTube channel. Your insights on outbound sales video content are highly valued.
Reporting: This role will report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates and insights on sales activities and progress.

Requirements:
Fluent in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, with both outbound and inbound sales experience.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve targets without constant supervision.
Team Player: Strong collaborative skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to support team members.
Remote Work: Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule effectively.
Travel: Willingness to travel internationally once per year, with travel expenses covered by the company.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
