نظارت بر تهیه برنامه های کوتاه مدت و بلد مدت شرکت مطالعه و بررسی بمنظور تعیین استراتژیهای بلند مدت ، میان مدت و کوتاه مدت کسب و کار با توجه به محیط بیرونی ، رقبا و روند تقاضای نفت و گاز ، همسو با ماموریت ، اهداف و خط مشی های کلان شرکت.نظارت بر تخصیص بودجه و کنترل هزینه های شرکتهای تابعه و نظارت و مشارکت در مطالعات فنی و اقتصادی طرحها.
تحصیلات: کارشناسی ارشد در مهندسی صنایع ، مهندسی نفت ، اقتصاد ، بازرگانی و یا مدیریت
تجربه: 14 سال

1-همکاری و هماهنگی در تهیه برنامه یک ساله و پنچ ساله شرکت از طریق گردآوری نیازهای سازمانها ی پرشیا و شرکتهای تابعه و تطابق آنها با اهداف و استراتژیهای کلان ابلاغ شده.
2-مطالعه و بررسی استراتژیهای موجود شرکت و تحلیل و ارائه پیشنهاد بمنظور تکمیل یا تصحیح استراتژها بر اساس پیش بینی روند تقاضای بازار برای نفت و گاز در آینده کوتاه ، میان و بلند مدت و همچنین نوسانات و تغییرات قیمتها.
3-شناسایی محرک های استراتژیک و سنجش اقدامات استراتژیک و پیشنهاد اقدامات اصلاحی و همچنین تدوین مدل کسب و کار و اصول راهبری جدید سازمان.
4- بررسی و مطالعه به منظور اتخاذ تصمیمات مناسب جهت ایجاد انعطاف پذیری در سازمان در مقابل تغییرات و نوسانات در بازار کار ، تقاضا ، مشتریان ، رقبا و دیگر عوامل.
5- همکاری و هماهنگی با مسئولین هلدینگ انرژی/ تدبیر ، مدیریتها ، سازمانها و شرکتهای تابعه به منظور بررسی و تجدید نظر در استراتژیها و برنامه های کالان کسب و کار موجود و پیشنهاد تغییر و تنظیم آنها در صورت لزوم.
6-تهیه و تنظیم مکاتبات و مستندات مربوط به استراتژیهای کسب و کار سازمان که به تصویب مقامات مسئول رسیده و توزیع میان مدیریتها ، سازمانها و شرکتهای تابعه.
7-همکاری در مطالعات و بررسیهای مربوط به طرحها و پروژه های جدید به منظور حصول اطمینان از هماهنگ و همراستا بودن با استراتژیهای شرکت و پیشنهاد تغییر در رویکرد ها و استراتژی ها در صورت لزوم.
8- تهیه و تنظیم اسناد و مدارک مورد نیاز مربوط به شرکت در مناقصات طرحهای جدید با همکاری و هماهنگی مدیریت امور فنی ، بخش برنامه ریزی طرحها ، امور حقوقی و قراردادها و امور مالی و تهیه پیشنهادات مالی با توجه به شرایط طرح ، برآورد نرخهای پیشنهادی رقبا و دیگر عوامل موثر و کسب تایید مدیریت در این زمینه.
9- پیگیری تهیه ضمانت نامه های شرکت در مناقصه.
10- تحویل اسناد شرکت در مناقصه طرحهای جدید به سازمانهای مناقصه گذار و شرکت در پیش جلسات ، جلسات اطلاع رسانی و جلسات گشایش پاکات مناقصه بعنوان نماینده شرکت.
11- نظارت بر مطالعه و بررسی نیازهای مالی طرحها بر اساس پیش بینی های انجام شده. هماهنگی با مدیریت امور مالی در تامین منابع مالی مورد نیاز با توجه به پیش بینی آغاز و روند پیشرفت فعالیتهای اجرایی طرحها، هماهنگی . نظارت بر تخصیص و کنترل بودجه شرکتهای تابعه.
12-نظارت و سرپرستی و هماهنگی بررسی های فنی و اقتصادی طرحهای جدید شامل بررسهای بخشها تاسیسات تحت الارض و سطح الارض . بررسی و تجزیه تحلیل هزینه و درآمد طرحها با توجه به عوامل مختلف ازجمله نوسانات قیمتها ، روند تغییرات تقاضا دربازار تولیدات هیدرو کربوری و نرخ بهره.
