شرح شغل:
- شناسایی ریسک‌ها و فرصت‌های مرتبط با برنامه‌ریزی تولید و مواد اولیه و تلاش در جهت کنترل آن‌ها.
- ظرفیت‌سنجی و زمان‌سنجی محصولات، ماشین‌آلات و خطوط تولیدی.
- برنامه‌ریزی تولید، تامین، فروش و انبار با توجه به نیاز مجموعه و استراتژی‌های سازمان.
- کنترل راندمان کارگاه‌ها و خطوط تولید، اضافه کاری، ضایعات و غیره.
- همکاری در تدوین فهرست مواد اولیه محصول BOM.
- هدایت و جهت‌دهی به فعالیت‌های تولید.
- ارائه گزارشات دوره‌ای و مدون در خصوص تحقق برنامه تولید و دلایل انحراف از برنامه‌ها، سرانه تولید و سایر شاخص‌های مرتبط.
- تعریف حداقل موجودی مواد و ملزومات و همکاری و نظارت در انبارگردانی‌ها.
- محل فعالیت: شمال شرق تهران.
شرایط احراز:
- مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع یا مدیریت صنعتی.
- حداقل ده سال تجربه تخصصی؛ حداقل سه سال تجربه مدیریت.
- آشنایی با صنعت غذا و FMCG.
- مسلط به مدیریت تیم و حل مسئله.
- توانایی تصمیم‌گیری سریع و مدیریت بحران.

Eligibility requirements:
Bachelor's and Master's degrees in industrial engineering or industrial management
At least ten years of specialized experience
At least three years of experience Management
Familiar with food and FMCG industry
Proficient in team management and problem solving
Ability to make quick decisions and crisis management
Place of activity: Northeast of Tehran
