We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights, enhancing business processes, creating and optimizing workflows
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of business processes to identify areas for improvement, such as bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and redundant steps.
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and challenges. Also, gather documents, and validate business requirements for new reports
- Workflow Design and Optimization: Designing, implementing, and optimizing Jira workflows to support various development processes
- Process Documentation and Support: Documenting and maintaining workflow processes while providing training and support to team members as needed.
- Process Modeling: Creating detailed process maps (e.g., BPMN, UML) to visualize current and proposed workflows, facilitating analysis and communication.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- User Training and Support: Providing training and support to end-users to ensure they effectively adopt and utilize new systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field required
- above 5 years of experience in business analysis, workflow management, or a similar role.
- -Strong experience with Jira, including workflow creation, configuration, and optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams to define and implement workflow solutions
