- Monitor and analyze CRM (daily report of brand teams) and sales data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective CRM training programs for the Brand team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to align sales strategies and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Assist in designing and implementing sales compensation plans and incentive programs based on performance metrics.
- Stay updated on tools and methodologies to ensure best practices are being followed.
- Build automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and other reporting tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales force effectiveness, business support, or functional support roles.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM/sales analytical tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
