We’re seeking a talented and motivated Senior Product Manager to drive our Fintech products vision and strategy. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work across various functions to deliver exceptional value to our clients and couriers.
On a daily basis, you will tackle complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment across teams, driving execution, and playing a crucial role in the product's development and success.
Collaborate with a diverse team of product managers, engineers, data scientists, and operations leaders to solve complex problems with simple and effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
- Understand client and courier needs and pain points.
- Create and manage the product roadmap, setting priorities and timelines.
- Define product features, functionality, and specifications.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to translate ideas into product plans.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather input, build consensus, and drive alignment.
- Monitor customer feedback and industry developments.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement or expansion.
- Conduct competitive analysis to effectively position the product.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and team members.
- Act as a bridge between various teams to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Monitor and adjust product performance as needed.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Iterate on the product based on insights from analytics and user research.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to end-of-life decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the Financial Technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in product management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development technologies and processes.
