we specialize in creating WordPress themes and plugins. We are looking for a passionate Senior WordPress Developer to join our team. If you have a strong familiarity with WordPress, love writing clean and well-documented code, and are eager to work on exciting new projects, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain the technical architecture of WordPress applications.
- Extend WordPress capabilities by building tools and modules that enhance the website building experience.
- Write clean, high-quality code and test it to ensure top-tier performance.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining excellent organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with WordPress development.
- Professional-level backend and frontend coding skills.
- Hands-on experience with custom WordPress development at scale.
- Excellent knowledge of PHP.
- Deep understanding of WordPress architecture, including custom themes, content types, and plugins.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ReactJS or VueJS (not just jQuery; you must write great Vanilla JS).
- Ability to work with Git.
- Experience with CI tools (e.g., Ansible, Buddy).
- Experience creating and working with APIs.
- Knowledge of WordPress security and optimization.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum workflows.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience working in a team environment (with developers and QA teams).
