Job description:
Analyzing the market in order to achieve the needs and expectations of customers.
Identifying and analyzing competitors' products and services.
Preparing a business model and plan.
Help To prepare and compile the product roadmap and product development priorities according to the stakeholders. Negotiation with suppliers and providers. Cooperation in the product design process. Preparation of a comprehensive product document containing the customer journey and all capabilities Product.
Collaboration with user interface and user experience (UI/UX) designers.
Collaboration in backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
Clarification of demands and needs for the software development team with story mapping. Customer (User Story).
Follow up and create coordination between different product development tasks and teams related to each other.
Test the product and find possible existing bugs and report bugs.
Evaluate product performance and identify Areas of improvement and Monitoring of key performance indicators. Special skills: Proficient in documentation concepts, software manuals and business processes. Previous experience in business model design and Developing a business plan. Familiar with UI/UX concepts. High ability to solve problems and provide optimal solutions. Familiar with Scrum methodology. Familiarity with telecom and fintech industry is an advantage.
