Job Summary: We are looking for a Tech Lead to manage a squad of software engineers and oversee the development of our software solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a squad of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Software Delivery: Ensure the constant delivery of high-quality software by applying best practices and rigorous testing.
- Quality Assurance: Contribute to the overall quality of software development, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Best Practices: Implement and advocate for best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
- Mentorship: Mentor and support software engineers, helping them to build high-quality software and advance their careers.
- Roadmap Planning: Participate in the planning and organizing of roadmaps, aligning team efforts with company goals and priorities.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience in the software development industry, with a proven track record of managing and leading engineering teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: Golang, Python, PHP, C#.
- Design Expertise: Deep understanding of software systems and database design principles.
- Optimization Skills: Experience in optimization and debugging in complex environments, ensuring high performance and reliability of software solutions.
- User Experience: Understanding of user experience principles and the ability to incorporate UX considerations into the development process.
- Containerization: Experience with containerized application setup and deployment practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Demonstrated successful track record in leading teams of software engineers.
- Security: Understanding of software security principles to ensure robust and secure software solutions.
