**Position:** Content and Copywriting Specialist
**Job Responsibilities:**
**Content Creation and Management:**
- Develop and write scenarios and promotional content for courses.
- Brainstorm and implement content strategies aimed at marketing and sales.
- Write advertising copy for the website, social media, and other promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the content production team, including graphic designers and video editors.
- Analyze and improve content based on feedback and data.
**Website and Social Media Management:**
- Manage website and social media content.
- Create a content calendar and plan publication schedules.
**Research and Analysis:**
- Analyze and evaluate content performance and make necessary improvements.
- Use analytical tools to measure content success and provide reports.
**Required Competencies:**
**Experience:**
- Experience in content creation and content management.
- Experience in scenario writing and copywriting.
**Skills:**
- Strong writing skills.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization for search engines.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with other team members.
- Creativity and ability to generate new ideas.
- Analytical skills to evaluate content performance and make necessary improvements.
**Education:**
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, literature, communications, or a related field is preferred.
**Language:**
- Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
