شرح شغل:

• مدیریت و هماهنگی امور بازرگانی شرکت.
• تنظیم و نگهداری اسناد و مدارک تجاری و اداری.
• همکاری با سایر بخش‌های سازمان جهت تسهیل فرآیندهای تجاری.
• پیگیری امور مربوط به مکاتبات و ارتباطات اداری.
• بررسی و پیگیری سفارشات و قراردادها.
• تهیه گزارشات تجاری و ارائه به مدیران مرتبط.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8 صبح تا 4 عصر؛ پنجشنبه‌ها در صورت نیاز.
• محدوده شرکت: پارک قیطریه.

شرایط احراز:

• توانایی کار تیمی و ارتباطات موثر.
• دقت و توانایی مدیریت زمان و اولویت‌بندی کارها.
• تجربه قبلی در زمینه امور اداری و بازرگانی امتیاز محسوب می شود.
