HR Manager

You will be collaborating with us in the following areas:

• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities 
• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives 
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits 
• Design and implement employee retention strategies

We are looking for a skilled HR professional who:

• Is proficient in performance management and OKR implementation
• Has strong experience in workforce planning
• Understands the unique culture of IT companies
• Strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee the HR department and work with all employees within the company
• Be proficient in labor laws and social security regulations
