مهندس برق | Electrical Engineer

*لیسانس رشته مهندسی مرتبط یا گواهی معادل آن توسط موسسه مجاز.
* برای مدرک کارشناسی حداقل 8 سال سابقه کار در صنعت نفت و گاز که حداقل 5 سال آن در اجرای فعالیت های تعمیر و نگهداری.
* برای کمتر از لیسانس، حداقل 15 سال سابقه کار در صنعت نفت و گاز که حداقل 10 سال آن باید در اجرای فعالیت های تعمیر و نگهداری باشد.
* دانش عمیق عیب یابی، عیب یابی و تعمیر تجهیزات الکتریکی مانند ترانسفورماتورهای قدرت، راکتورها، کلیدهای MV و LV، رله های حفاظتی، کنترل کننده های قابل برنامه ریزی، باتری ها و باتری ها، ارتینگ و روشنایی، توزیع برق، روشنایی، ردیابی حرارتی، دیزل ژنراتور، الکتروموتور، توربین گازی ژنراتورها و غیره.
* آشنایی با سیستم های مدیریت نگهداری کامپیوتری (cmms).
* دانش و درک عمیق از استانداردها و مقررات، فرآیند نفت و گاز و عناصر حیاتی ایمنی (sce).
* نگرش خوب مهارت های ارتباطی، خود شروع کننده با توانایی پیروی از دستورالعمل ها و کار در یک محیط تیمی با حداقل نظارت.
* آگاهی از مقررات و رویه های HSE.
* دانش چند رشته ای خوب صنعت نفت و گاز.
* سابقه ساخت و ساز صنعت نفت و گاز یک امتیاز مثبت است.
* باید کاربر پیشرفته مهارت های کامپیوتری باشد.
*انگلیسی زبان رسمی شرکت است و کلیه اسناد و مکاتبات به زبان انگلیسی است.
*بر اساس در مورد الزامات موقعیت، توانایی خواندن، نوشتن و برقراری ارتباط به زبان انگلیسی ضروری است.
 

* اجرای یا نظارت بر تعمیر و نگهداری پیشگیرانه برای تجهیزات الکتریکی مانند ترانسفورماتورهای قدرت، راکتورها، کلیدهای MV و LV، رله‌های حفاظتی، کنترل‌کننده‌های قابل برنامه‌ریزی، شارژ و باتری‌ها، ارتینگ و روشن‌کننده، توزیع برق، روشنایی، ردیابی گرما، ژنراتورهای دیزل، الکتروموتورها، توربین‌های گازی ژنراتورها و غیره
* عیب یابی ناهنجاری ها و خرابی ها، تصحیح موثر عیب، و جایگزینی تجهیزات یا قطعات معیوب.
* بر عملکرد تیم پیمانکار فرعی نظارت کنید تا از اجرای صحیح استانداردها و رویه های مرتبط اطمینان حاصل کنید.
* از تعمیر و نگهداری کامپیوتری استفاده کنید. سیستم های مدیریت (cmms) در تمامی مراحل کار از جمله دریافت سفارش کار تا بسته، دریافت و بازگرداندن مواد از/به انبار و...
* دوستانه و همیشه همکاری با همکاران در بخش خود، به عنوان همچنین سایر بخش ها، مشتریان، پیمانکاران فرعی، فروشندگان و غیره.
* رهبری و واگذاری و توزیع وظایف به تکنسین ها و همچنین نظارت بر عملکرد آنها برای اطمینان از اجرای صحیح استانداردها و رویه های مرتبط، در صورتی که این وظیفه به او محول شود.< br>* کمک، هدایت و نظارت فروشندگان در حین حضور در محل.
* مطالعه و بررسی مستمر اسناد پروژه از قبیل دفترچه راهنما، دیتاشیت و غیره مربوط به کلیه تجهیزات و امکانات پروژه جهت نگهداری به روز با اطلاعات مورد نیاز برای انجام فعالیت های تعمیر و نگهداری.
* نظارت مستمر بر موجودی انبار پروژه و صدور به موقع درخواست های خرید برای قطعات یدکی و مواد مصرفی.
* مشارکت در تجزیه و تحلیل علت اصلی برای خرابی های قابل توجه تجهیزات.
* ارزیابی مستمر و نظارت بر وضعیت سایت علاوه بر مطالعه و بررسی اسناد پروژه برای بهبود کارایی تجهیزات، تاسیسات، فرآیند و فعالیتهای تعمیر و نگهداری از طریق پیشنهاد اصلاحات فنی.
* بررسی و به روز رسانی pm و وظایف حفاظت به بهبود PM و اثربخشی حفظ.
* به اشتراک گذاری دانش و تجربه با سایر اعضای تیم و کمک به رساندن آنها به سطح بالاتری از شایستگی از طریق کمک متقابل.
* به حل مشکلات فرآیند کمک می کند.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering-related discipline or equivalent certificate by the authorized institute; for a Bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, of which at least 5 years should be in the execution of maintenance activities; for less than a Bachelor's degree, at least 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, of which at least 10 years should be in the execution of maintenance activities.
• Deep knowledge of fault finding, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical equipment such as power transformers, reactors, MV and LV switchgear, protection relays, programmable controllers, UPS and batteries, earthing and lightening, power distribution, lighting, heat tracing, diesel generators, electromotors, gas turbine generators, etc.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Deep knowledge and understanding of standards and regulations, oil and gas processes, and Safety-Critical Elements (SCE).
• Good attitude, communication skills, self-starter with the ability to follow directions and work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and procedures.
• Good oil and gas industry multi-disciplinary knowledge.
• An oil and gas industry construction background is a plus.
• Must be an advanced user of computer skills.
• English is the official company working language, and all documents and correspondence are in English.
• Based on the requirements of the position, the ability to read, write, and communicate in English is essential.
   

• Execute or supervise preventive maintenance for electrical equipment such as power transformers, reactors, MV and LV switchgear, protection relays, programmable controllers, UPS and batteries, earthing and lightening, power distribution, lighting, heat tracing, diesel generators, electromotors, gas turbine generators, etc.
• Troubleshooting anomalies and breakdowns, effective fault rectification, and replacing faulty equipment or parts.
• Supervise subcontractor team performance to ensure proper implementation of related standards and procedures.
• Utilize the computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) in all stages of work, such as receiving the work order up to the closeout, receiving and returning the materials from/to the warehouse, etc.
• Amicable and ever cooperation with colleagues in their section, as well as other departments, clients, subcontractors, vendors, etc.
• Leadership and task assignment and distribution to technicians as well as supervising their performance to ensure proper implementation of related standards and procedures, if this task is assigned to him.
• Assist, direct, and supervise vendors during their presence at the site.
• Continuous study and review of project documents, such as operation manual, datasheet, etc. related to all equipment and facilities of the project, to keep up to date with the information needed to carry out maintenance activities.
• Continuous monitoring of project warehouse inventory and timely issuance of purchase requests for spare parts and consumable materials.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis for significant equipment failures.
• Continuous evaluation and monitor site situation in addition to studying and reviewing project documents to improve the efficiency of equipment, facilities, process, and maintenance activities via proposing technical modifications.
• Review and update PM and Preservation tasks to improve the PM and Preservation effectiveness.
• Share knowledge and experience with other team members and help bring them to a higher level of competence through mutual assistance.
• Contribute to the resolution of process problems.
