ما در دپارتمان IT کارگزاری آگاه نیاز به فردی با عنوان مدیر محصول داریم که مسئولیت توسعه، مدیریت و بهبود یک محصول داخلی را در طول چرخه عمر آن بر عهده دارد. مدیر محصول نقش کلیدی در تیم‌های محصول ایفا می‌کند و وظایف متنوعی دارد که به تعریف، ساخت، و بهبود محصولات کمک می‌کند تا سازمان را برای رسیدن به اهدافش همراهی کند.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• بررسی نیازها و مشکلات مشتریان و کاربران.
• شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید برای توسعه محصول.
• جمع‌آوری بازخورد کاربران و تحلیل داده‌ها برای بهبود محصول.
• تعیین اهداف بلندمدت و چشم‌انداز محصول.
• ایجاد نقشه راه برای توسعه و بهبود محصول در طول زمان.
• تعریف دقیق مشخصات و قابلیت‌های محصول.
• نوشتن مستندات فنی برای تیم‌های فنی.
• مدیریت و تعریف User Stories برای توسعه‌دهندگان و مهندسان.
• همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف از جمله توسعه‌دهندگان.
• نظارت بر اجرای پروژه‌ها و اطمینان از رعایت زمان‌بندی‌ها.
• تسهیل ارتباط بین تیم‌های مختلف به منظور بهینه‌سازی فرآیند توسعه.
• تست و بازبینی محصول پیش از عرضه.
• تحلیل داده‌ها و رفتار کاربران برای شناسایی مشکلات و نقاط قوت.
• بهبود مستمر محصول بر اساس بازخورد کاربران و داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده.

شرایط احراز:

• ترجیحاً دارای مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته علوم کامپیوتر یا رشته‌های مهندسی مرتبط.
