Job description and duties:
- Compilation and implementation of strategic planning of human resources
- Promoting and monitoring the recruiting and hiring process and the employer brand
- Identifying, designing and updating the policies and procedures of all human resources systems and processes, such as recruiting and hiring, performance evaluation system, training and development program, salary system, reward system, talent management and organizational culture, career path planning and Personnel retention system
- Management of employee recruitment processes (placement of job advertisement, review of resumes, interview)
- Managing and supervising the implementation of human resources programs and activities such as administrative affairs
- Design and implementation of performance management system
- Determining and communicating the policies and programs for the promotion of personnel and related career paths in order to create motivation and maintain retention.
- Managing the identification of the recruitment needs of the departments in interaction with the relevant managers and recruiting and employing suitable talents for the relevant positions.
- Monitoring and ensuring that the organization's actions are in line with government laws and regulations, including labor law, social security law, and other laws governing the activities of human resources and employees.
- Maintaining ethical, legal and social responsibility policies and behaviors in the workplace
- Implementing the salary system in the organization and clarifying the payment and removing ambiguity in the payment system
- Supervision and management of succession programs and management of career paths of talents
- Management of affaires related to personnel discipline, termination of contracts and dismissal
- Helping to create a positive and productive work environment
Qualification Requirements:
-Complete mastery of preparation and compilation of all administrative and human resources processes and relevant executive instructions and methods
- Complete mastery of formulating and implementing human resources strategies
- At least a bachelor's degree in management (HR Management) industries and other related fields
- At least 5 years of "management" work experience in the field of human resources
- Very good command of English
- Effective leadership and communication skills
