شرح شغل:

• بررسی و تحلیل بازارهای هدف و شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید برای فروش خدمات کشتیرانی و فورواردری.
• طراحی و اجرای استراتژی‌های بازاریابی برای افزایش سهم مارکتینگ و جذب مشتریان جدید.
• ایجاد و حفظ ارتباط با مشتریان فعلی و بالقوه، پاسخ به سوالات و نیازهای آن‌ها.
• آماده‌سازی و ارائه پیشنهادات تجاری به مشتریان و پیگیری مذاکرات.
• همکاری با سایر بخش‌ها مانند عملیات، خدمات مشتری و مالی برای اطمینان از ارائه خدمات با کیفیت.
• تهیه گزارش‌های فروش و بازاریابی و ارائه آن‌ها به مدیران برای ارزیابی عملکرد به صورت ماهانه.
• شرکت در نمایشگاه‌ها و کنفرانس‌ها برای گسترش شبکه ارتباطی و معرفی خدمات.
• رصد تغییرات و روندهای بازار و رقبا برای به‌روز نگه‌داشتن استراتژی‌های فروش.

Job Description: Researching and analyzing target markets and identifying new opportunities for selling shipping and forwarding services. Designing and implementing marketing strategies to increase marketing share and attract new customers. Establishing and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers, responding to their questions and needs. Preparing and presenting business proposals to customers and following up negotiations. Collaborating with other departments such as operations, customer service and finance to ensure quality services. Preparing sales and marketing reports and presenting them to managers. To evaluate performance to Monthly report. Participation in exhibitions and conferences to expand the communication network and introduce services. Monitoring the changes and trends of the market and competitors to keep the sales strategies up to date.
