شرح شغل:

• توسعه و بررسی مشخصات، دیتاشیت‌ها و درخواست‌های خرید برای تجهیزات مختلف ابزار دقیق، از جمله ترانسمیترها، شیرهای کنترلی، مترهای جریان، سنسورهای فشار و آنالایزرها.
• انتخاب ابزارها و سیستم‌های کنترلی مناسب بر اساس نیازهای پروژه و استانداردهای صنعتی.
• ایجاد و بررسی نقشه‌های ابزار دقیق و کنترل (I&C) مانند دیاگرام‌های حلقه ابزار (ILD)، فهرست ابزارها و نقشه‌های موقعیت ابزار.
• تهیه و حفظ لیست‌های ورودی/خروجی (I/O)، برنامه‌های کابل‌کشی و دیاگرام‌های اتصال.
• توسعه و بررسی دیاگرام‌های لوله‌کشی و ابزار دقیق (P&ID) و دیاگرام‌های علت و اثر (C&E).
• طراحی و پیکربندی سیستم‌های کنترل توزیع‌شده (DCS)، کنترل‌کننده‌های منطقی قابل برنامه‌ریزی (PLC) و سیستم‌های کنترل و داده‌برداری نظارتی (SCADA).
• نظارت بر نصب، کالیبراسیون و راه‌اندازی ابزارهای میدانی.
• عیب‌یابی و حل مشکلات میدانی مربوط به سیستم‌های ابزار دقیق و کنترلی.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای SPI (SmartPlant Instrumentation) یا AVEVA Instrumentation برای طراحی، مستندسازی و مدیریت داده‌های ابزار دقیق.
• مسلط به AutoCAD برای ایجاد و بررسی نقشه‌های ابزار دقیق و نمودارها.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی برق، الکترونیک یا مخابرات.

Systemhaye Mohandesi Baroos Oxin, a company operating in the Oil and Gas Production, Oil Refining and Petrochemicals industry, is seeking a Junior Professional Instruments Engineer based in Tehran. This role involves working on the installation and commissioning of various instrumentation equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and review specifications, datasheets, and purchase requests for instrumentation equipment, including transmitters, control valves, flow meters, pressure sensors, and analyzers.
- Select appropriate instruments and control systems based on project needs and industry standards.
- Create and review instrumentation and control (I&C) drawings such as instrument loop diagrams (ILDs), instrument indexes, and instrument location plans.
- Prepare and maintain input/output (I/O) lists, cable schedules, and wiring diagrams.
- Develop and review piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and cause and effect (C&E) diagrams.
- Design and configure distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLC), and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.
- Oversee installation, calibration, and commissioning of field instruments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve field issues related to instrumentation and control systems.
- Utilize SPI (SmartPlant Instrumentation) or AVEVA Instrumentation for designing, documenting, and managing instrumentation data.
- Use AutoCAD for creating and reviewing instrumentation drawings and diagrams.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in developing and reviewing specifications, datasheets, and purchase requests for various instrumentation equipment.
- Ability to select appropriate instruments and control systems based on project needs and industry standards.
- Experience in creating and reviewing instrumentation and control (I&C) drawings such as ILDs, instrument indexes, and instrument location plans.
- Competence in preparing and maintaining I/O lists, cable schedules, and wiring diagrams.
- Skill in developing and reviewing P&IDs and C&E diagrams.
- Capability to design and configure DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems.
- Experience in overseeing installation, calibration, and commissioning of field instruments.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to instrumentation and control systems.
- Expertise in using SPI (SmartPlant Instrumentation) or AVEVA Instrumentation for designing, documenting, and managing instrumentation data.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD for creating and reviewing instrumentation drawings and diagrams.
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Telecom).
